The Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation conducts an annual memorial service in May.  The service provides family, friends and fellow law enforcement officers an opportunity to pay tribute to their fallen heroes.  In addition to a featured speaker, basic training recruits and veteran officers from throughout Kentucky pay their respects to those fallen heroes through the presentation of colors, flag presentations to family members, the playing of Taps, and a 21-gun salute.

The first annual Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament was held in 2002. Since that time, thousands of dollars have been raised each year to help law enforcement officers and their families in times of need.  Hundreds of golfers have participated in the tournament since its inception, enjoying a day of fun, fellowship and relaxation. The tournament is open to the public and was created to raise awareness and recognition of the Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation.
